Alex Elle's #Anote2Self Journal Challenge


Goal for October: fill up a journal.


Hi Humans,

The month of October will be busy for me so I wanted to find a way that I could settle down and write more during my hectic schedule. This writing challenge might do the trick. The #Anote2Self challenge is simple; fill up a journal with thoughts, poems, notes to yourself, prayers, etc. during the month of Oct. In return you may find peace of mind, self-love, relaxation and a few free gifts from me. During the challenge I ask you set aside 15 minutes a day (2x a day if you can-AM/PM) for writing a meditation w/ no distractions. No phones, computers or Internet. You will not have to share your work via social media. This challenge is first and foremost for you. However, if you choose to share you can use the hashtag #anote2selfJCOnce a week during this challenge I will host a giveaway. The giveaways will consist of free journals, pens, stationary, etc. I will be sending emails at the start of each week (SUNday), to inspire and encourage you (and I) to keep pushing, going and filling pages. This challenge should help anyone with writers block or folks who are looking to start journaling, writing, etc. :)
